Hi there, I don't have access to the "special" blog :) but I wanted to drop by and say hi after reading your comment to Marvin about customer service. I have been through two foreclosures over the past 12 years and there are a lot of "not so nice" people in customer service, that's for sure! Thank you for not being one of them, and thanks for sharing your story about Countrywide. I totally agree that kindness, patience and respect go a long way!!! :)
